Transamerica Names Head of TPA Channel Distribution

Transamerica Retirement Services has hired Deborah Rubin as vice president, head of Third Party Administrator Channel Distribution.

In this newly created position, Rubin will lead all sales efforts in the TPA channel, according to the company.

Rubin has more than 20 years of experience in sales and marketing of 401(k) and related products. She joins Transamerica from AUL OneAmerica where she served as regional vice president of sales. Previously Rubin served nine years in various roles at ING, most recently as divisional vice president and head of TPA services and channel management.
