First Mercantile has appointed Travis Cox the regional sales director in the Southwest.

Cox is responsible for developing new business through banks, consultants, employee benefit brokers, independent broker-dealers, life brokers, registered investment advisors, regional stockbrokers, TPAs, and wirehouses.
