Safeguard Unveils Managed Real Estate Investment Program
Safeguard Financial introduced a managed real estate
investment program for self-directed individual retirement accounts (IRA) and
401(k) plans.
Reported by Jay Polansky
Investments are in geographic areas with favorable rent-to-value ratios and stable employment. Safeguard’s income-producing properties have been rehabbed; investments start at around $45,000, targeting a return of 9% to 12%.
According to Robert Hubbard, chief executive and senior investment adviser at Safeguard Financial, the Safeguard managed program offers retirement investor clients the option to own turnkey, income-producing real estate with tenants in place, or to participate in notes and loans secured by real estate.
Details about Safeguard’s managed real estate investment program are available here.
