Investor Communications Firm Unveils Mailbox for Advisers

 

Software app from Mediant Communications lets advisers monitor and view documents mailed to their clients to help them evaluate their importance.

Mediant Advisor Mailbox gives advisers online access to the barrage of proxy statements, reports, prospectuses and notices and other documents their clients receive, letting them see what documents are sent to which customers.

The app allows an adviser to give the customer a heads-up if anything important or confusing is coming, said Arthur Rosenzweig, president of Mediant Communications. “This is about staying ahead of your customer,” he noted.
