Clients Can Get a Free Trial of SmartDollar Financial Wellness Program

SmartDollar is offering its financial wellness program for free to anyone who has been affected by the coronavirus or laid off, through the end of the year.

SmartDollar is also offering a free trial to companies for the first time, Brian Hamilton, vice president at Smart Dollar tells PLANADVISER. He says the program is designed to offer people a step-by-step plan to build an emergency fund and get out of debt—even if they’re unemployed.

Since the pandemic hit, SmartDollar has heard from more employers interested in offering their employees a financial wellness program, Hamilton says. SmartDollar will evaluate each company’s situation to determine the length of the free trial.
