Over the years, I’ve worked to streamline operations, implement process improvements and ensure compliance—all while keeping the plan sponsor experience at the center. Whether it was resolving complex compliance issues, leading successful transitions or mentoring colleagues, I’ve taken pride in being a reliable, thoughtful partner. I’m especially proud of fostering trust—both with plan sponsors and with other vendors by delivering accuracy, responsiveness and a sense of care in every interaction.
