PLANSPONSOR has published a digital 2019 ERISA Plan Compliance Calendar, mapping out the many deadlines plan sponsors face each year when it comes to keeping their Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) plans in regulatory compliance.

The calendar includes the most significant regulatory dates for 2019, but it does not identify all compliance obligations or due dates a plan may face. Additionally, the calendar assumes that a plan is being administered on a calendar year basis by an employer using a calendar fiscal year.

ADP to Offer SmartDollar’s Financial Wellness Program

It will be available to all clients and joins a number of other financial wellness programs that ADP already makes available.

ADP is partnering with SmartDollar to offer the latter’s mobile-friendly financial wellness program to all of ADP’s clients.

ADP already offers a number of financial wellness programs, including those of Pay Activ, DailyPay, Loan Benefits, MeYou Health, Gradifi and Peanut Butter. Employers may log in to the ADP product they use to find out the cost.
