IRS to Hold In-Plan Roth Rollover Phone Forum
The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has announced plans for a telephone forum to discuss recent guidance on in-plan Roth rollovers for 401(k) and 403(b) plans.

The telephone conference is slated for 3 p.m. ET December 20.
According to a notice on the IRS web site, Roger Kuehnle, Senior Tax Law Specialist in Employee Plans Technical Guidance and Quality Assurance, and Anita Bower, Tax Law Specialist in Employee Plans Customer Education & Outreach, will discuss recent guidance (Notice 2010-84) on those in-plan Roth rollovers (see IRS Offers Roth 401(k), 403(b) Guidance).
