A 2019 To-Do List for Plan Sponsor ERISA Compliance
PLANSPONSOR Magazine has published a 2019 ERISA Plan Compliance Calendar that can help your clients track important due dates and requirements for their qualified plans.
Reported by John Manganaro
PLANSPONSOR has published a digital 2019 ERISA Plan Compliance Calendar, mapping out the many deadlines plan sponsors face each year when it comes to keeping their Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) plans in regulatory compliance.
The calendar includes the most significant regulatory dates for 2019, but it does not identify all compliance obligations or due dates a plan may face. Additionally, the calendar assumes that a plan is being administered on a calendar year basis by an employer using a calendar fiscal year.
