RPAG Names Senior Vice President of Client Service

Retirement Plan Advisory Group (RPAG) named Veronica Lee, formerly of 401(k) Advisors, Senior Vice President of Client Service.  

Lee has worked on the executive team of RPAG’s sister-company, 401(k) Advisors, since its inception in 2000.  Joel Shapiro, Vice President of ERISA Compliance, will assume Lee’s prior duties for 401(k) Advisors. 

In her new position, Lee will lead RPAG’s growing team of service professionals, and continue to enhance RPAG’s objective of delivering quality service to members, the company said. With 401(k) Advisors, Lee gained experience with client services, plan consulting, plan conversion, and participant education.

“RPAG is first and foremost a service organization, and today our member support is stronger than ever,” said Nick Della Vedova, president of RPAG, in an announcement.

Reliance Trust Acquires Wealth Management Firm

Reliance Trust, a subsidiary of the Reliance Financial Corporation, announced the acquisition of Harrington Wealth Management, a subsidiary of Pacific Western Bank.

Harrington Wealth Management Company provides trust and investment management services to individual and institutional clients.

The acquisition was made to expand Reliance’s assets under management and build its national presence through strategic talent acquisition, the company reported. Three of Harrington’s wealth management experts, Richard E. Harrison, David R. Goodman, and Larry O’Callaghan, will join Reliance Trust’s wealth management team.  Acquiring Harrington expands the company’s service area to include California, Indiana, and the Kansas City area.
