Mount Holyoke College Selects ING as Service Provider

ING U.S. Retirement Services has been selected as the retirement plan service provider for the Mount Holyoke College Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.

Mount Holyoke College employs over 900 faculty and staff members. The program consists of a 403(b) and a 457 plan, and has over $200 million in assets under management.   

According to an ING press release, faculty and staff of the college will have access to ING’s network of local financial professionals, who are available for face-to-face meetings with plan participants on a group or individual basis. Employees will also be able to leverage ING’s planning tools and educational resources to help them determine if they’re on track to reach their financial objectives in retirement.

Security Benefit, a Guggenheim Partners Company, launched EliteDesigns as the inaugural product for its new Personal Retirement Savings (PRS) initiative.

EliteDesigns combines a tax-deferred variable annuity with 200 investment options for registered investment advisers (RIAs) and other fee-based advisers and their clients.  

The EliteDesigns variable annuity leverages the advantages of an insurance product with the benefits of a diverse investment platform, Security suggests. It is structured to suit a variety of investment strategies that can meet an array of risk and reward objectives; from a relatively passive but well-diversified buy-and-hold investment program, to a progressive core and satellite model, to a highly sophisticated tactical strategy.
