CPI Adds VALIC Fixed Interest Option
CPI Qualified Plan Consultants, a third-party recordkeeping and
administration company, announced the addition of a third fixed-interest option from VALIC to the CPI platform.
Reported by PLANADVISER staff
In July, VALIC began offering a fixed-interest option with 50-basis-point compensation to the financial adviser, allowing advisers greater flexibility to control level compensation, according to a news release.
Available to 401(k) and, with approval, 403(b) plans, VALIC’s fixed-interest option has historically been offered with either 0 or 25 basis points in adviser compensation.
