BCG Acquires New Jersey TPA
Benefit Consultants Group (BCG) has purchased ARS Retirement Services, a retirement plan third party administration firm.

Based in Succasunna, New Jersey, ARS provided its clients with retirement planning solutions.
“We are pleased to continue to demonstrate the commitment ARS has made to their clients over the years. The fact that our firms have such a similar philosophy of putting the clients interests first makes this a great fit for all parties” said Beau Adams, executive vice president of business development at BCG.
BCG has been working to expand its presence in the retirement space since September (see “Benefit Consultants Group Rolls Out Partnership Program“).
