MetLife Releases Fiduciary Assessment Quiz

The quiz was created to help Employment Retirement Income Act (ERISA) plan sponsors understand and properly execute their fiduciary responsibilities.

It guides users through a series of 14 statements focusing on areas such as investment policy statements and potential conflicts of interest. Users are also offered resources throughout the quiz to assist them in understanding their role as a plan fiduciary.
