TIAA-CREF Names New Marketing Head
Connie K. Weaver has joined TIAA-CREF as executive vice president, chief marketing and communications officer, the company announced.

TIAA-CREF said Weaver will oversee the company’s marketing, brand management, advertising, market research and analytics, corporate communications, and digital strategy functions.
Weaver joins TIAA-CREF from The Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc., where she was senior vice president in charge of marketing and communications. Previously, she was executive vice president and chief marketing officer at BearingPoint.
Weaver will succeed Steve Goldstein, executive vice president for public affairs and marketing, when he steps down on June 30. She will be based at TIAA-CREF’s New York City headquarters.
