Spectrum to Acquire Plan Sponsor Services
Plan Sponsor Services will retain its trade name.

Spectrum Pension Consultants, an independently owned licensee of Alliance Benefit Group, is acquiring Plan Sponsor Services LLC (PSS). PSS’ book of business will continue to operate under its own trade name.
“We are delighted to enhance value to our clients by integrating PSS’ expertise in financial wellness and fiduciary consulting within Spectrum’s business services and plan services segments,” says Spectrum CEO Petros Koumantaros.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
