SageView Hires New Associates and Midwest Region Lead

SageView Advisory Group added three staffers to the firm’s regional office in Chicago.

New hires include Chris Reagan, Mark Dzierzak and Kevin Kaiser.

Reagan joins SageView as managing director, overseeing the service and client development responsibilities for SageView Advisory Group’s Midwest region. He will oversee client and team responsibilities for SageView’s main Midwest offices in Chicago, Kansas City and Milwaukee. Prior to joining the firm, Reagan provided specialized retirement plan advisory services for more than 24 years while at Mesirow Financial.

Mark Dzierzak comes to SageView as a retirement plan consultant and director of advisory services. He brings 20 years of hands-on experience in plan design, provider search engagements, fee analysis benchmarking and overall management of client relationships. Dzierzak was previously with Mesirow and Deloitte Consulting.

Kevin Kaiser joins SageView as a senior investment adviser. Previously, Kaiser worked at Mesirow Financial for 15 years, focusing on implementation and management of investment strategies for qualified and nonqualified corporate retirement plans.

Randy Long, SageView’s founder, says the firm hopes the new hires will help drive growth in the Midwest region. “Strengthening our presence in Chicago has been a priority,” he adds. “This is a step in our long-term plan for growth, providing the best talent and expertise to our clients in the Midwest.”

SageView also announced that, as of October 6, David Stofer, former leader of SageView’s Midwest region, is no longer with the firm.
