RPAG Introduces Video-Based Training Site
Retirement Plan Advisory Group (RPAG), a retirement plan practice management firm, has developed training videos for its adviser members.
The videos, which range from basic to advance, will be available through a new Web portal, called the Video Learning Center. RPAG says the curriculum is designed to help advisers maximize the tools and technology it offers to become more effective in their day-to-day practice.
The Video Learning Center will include more than 30 on-demand videos, with most segments running under 15 minutes. RPAG says the videos cover a range of topics from selling and closing, to servicing and operations. In addition, there are step-by-step demonstrations of RPAG’s flagship systems, including the Scorecard Generator (for investment ranking) and e401k Proposal (for automated RFPs). RPAG’s staff, former practicing ERISA attorneys, RFP analysts, and senior plan consultants serve as the virtual trainers.
New training sessions will be added each quarter, with future additions concentrated around investment commentaries and legislative and regulatory updates, said Veronica Lee, Senior Vice President of Client Services for RPAG.
