Prudential Rolls Out Mutual Fund with International Equities

 Prudential Investments introduced the Prudential Jennison International Opportunities Fund.

 

The mutual fund aims for long-term capital growth and broad international diversification by investing in companies outside the U.S. Three share classes are available.

Jennison Associates LLC, the fund manager, will use a bottom-up selection process for the fund and a flexible investment strategy without regional, country, sector or benchmark constraints.

 

ING Investment Management Bulks Up DCIO Team

 

ING Investment Management U.S. has rounded out the firm’s defined contribution investment only (DCIO) business team with a number of recent hires.

 

Ron Dietrichjoined the firm’s marketing team as marketing program manager. In this newly created position, hewill be responsible for developing and managing DCIO “value-add” programs across channels. Dietrichhas more than 18 years of experience in the defined contribution (DC) market, most recently with AXA Equitable.

Paula Smith joined the firm in a new role as vice president and head of DCIO products, reporting to Andy Simonoff, senior vice president and head of product management. Smith’s arena is developing and leading the firm’s DCIO product strategy. Previously, Smith was at Columbia Management as vice president, retirement plans.

Christine Stokes joined the firm as senior retirement product manager. Stokes, whose responsibility is developing, managing and supporting retirement products, was previously at Alliance Bernstein, where she most recently worked as vice president and partner relationship officer on target-date strategies within institutional retirement plans.
