ProCourse Names Chief Operating Officer
J. Michelle Sybesma has joined ProCourse Fiduciary Advisors LLC as chief operating officer.

Sybesma will oversee human resources, marketing, and technology processes. Doug Prince, chief executive of ProCourse Fiduciary Advisors, cited her strengths as organizational development and creating profitable marketing strategies.
Sybesma has more than 14 years of experience in developing leadership and management teams to determine and refine goals as well as examine and sharpen executive skill sets through her previous position as president at Professional Skills Consulting, Inc.
