Pentegra Names Regional Director

Pentegra Retirement Services has named Bob Riebesehl as regional director of the company’s qualified plan sales.

Riebesehl, with 25 years in financial services, is tasked with leading business development efforts in New York and Connecticut for Pentegra, the provider of retirement plan and fiduciary outsourcing solutions. He will report to Pete Swisher, senior vice president of national sales. Riebesehl maintains strong ties to the adviser community, which Swisher believes will help broaden the company’s reach.

Riebesehl has experience as a financial adviser and wholesaler, serving most recently as a retirement plan wholesaler for Ameritas. He graduated from the State University of New York at Brockport and holds FINRA Series 6, 7, and 63 licenses, and is currently pursuing his Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation. Riebesehl is based in Hopewell Junction, New York.

Calif. TPA Merges with DWC ERISA Consultants

Destel-Bergen Corporation is merging its retirement plan administrative services practice into DWC.

DWC ERISA Consultants, LLC (DWC) announced that, effective March 4, Destel-Bergen Corporation is merging its retirement plan administrative services practice into DWC. Destel-Bergen Corporation is a third-party administrator based in Petaluma, California, providing a variety of administrative and consulting services for 401(k) and other tax qualified retirement plans.

DWC says each Destel client will continue to work with the same consultant and will have access to a more comprehensive suite of plan administration, consulting and management services.
