Lincoln Hires National Sales Manager

Michael Hall joined Lincoln Financial Distributors, the wholesale distribution subsidiary of Lincoln Financial Group, as national sales manager for Institutional Retirement Solutions Distribution (IRSD).

IRSD focuses on Lincoln’s full-service retirement plan services offerings for corporate and nonprofit/tax-exempt plan sponsors. Reporting to John Morabito, head of Lincoln’s IRSD, Hall will be responsible for ensuring the retirement plan services distribution strategy and tactical execution is consistent with LFG’s short- and long-term strategic objectives. He will be based in Chicago.  

Before joining Lincoln, Hall served as vice president of institutional sales for Prudential. Throughout his career, he held other sales leadership positions at companies including, Northern Trust Company, Kidder, Peabody & Co. and Hewitt Associates.  

He earned a bachelor of science degree in finance (Magna Cum Laude) from Northern Illinois University. Hall is licensed in life and health, and holds FINRA Series 7, 24 and 63.
