JPMAM Expands Global Fixed Income Team

Two investment professionals have joined J.P. Morgan Asset Management’s (JPMAM) Columbus, Ohio-based Global Fixed Income team.

Andrew Norelli, managing director, will serve as portfolio manager supporting the firm’s Diversified Solutions group, reporting to global fixed income chief investment officer Gary Madich.

Igor Balevich, executive director, will be a client portfolio manager supporting JPMAM’s Liability Driven Investments team, reporting to Tim Holihen. Norelli will be located in Columbus, and Balevich will be located in New York.  

Norelli joins JPMAM from Morgan Stanley, where he most recently served as co-head of the firm’s emerging markets credit trading desk. He holds an economics degree from Princeton University.  

Balevich was previously with Barclays Capital where he was a director in the Pensions Solutions group. Before that, he was an actuarial consultant at Hewitt Associates. He holds a degree in applied mathematics and actuarial science from the University of Calgary and is a CFA Charterholder.
