Jackson Lewis Opens Milwaukee Office

Workplace law firm Jackson Lewis has opened its 46th office in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. 
Managing partner Charles W. Pautsch and associates Lisa A. Baiocchi and Brian G. Nuedling join Jackson Lewis from Constangy, Brooks & Smith, LLP.  

The law firm said Pautsch has more than 32 years of experience negotiating collective bargaining agreements with various private and public sector unions, advising employers during union organizing campaigns, serving as labor counsel to major nationwide health care and retail corporations, and litigating numerous cases in federal and state courts and various federal and state administrative agencies. He received his J.D. from the University Of Illinois College Of Law and his B.A., summa cum laude, from North Central College.  

Baiocchi concentrates her practice on labor and employment litigation in both state and federal court, as well as representing her clients in matters before administrative agencies. She has extensive experience in the human resources field as a consultant, benefit plan administrator, senior benefits analyst, retirement plan specialist, and payroll specialist.  

Baiocchi received her J.D. from Marquette University Law School and her B.A. in Human Resources from the University of Milwaukee.  

Nuedling concentrates his practice on labor and employment litigation and appellate matters. He has represented clients in matters before both state and federal courts, as well as administrative agencies, in several states, including Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, and Iowa.  

Nuedling received his J.D. from Marquette University Law School, and holds an M.A. in Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a B.A. in journalism from Marquette University.  

With existing offices in Cincinnati, Chicago, Cleveland, Detroit, Indianapolis, Minneapolis and Omaha, adding a Milwaukee location further expands the firm’s Midwest presence.
