Granite Hires Head of Institutional Sales

McManus will focus on expanding Granite Investment Advisors’ presence in the institutional marketplace including consultants, pension and retirement sponsors, endowments, foundations, registered investment advisers (RIAs), and separate account platforms. He has more than 34 years of senior-level investment management experience in asset management sales, consultant relations, client service and portfolio management.   

Most recently, McManus was a Partner at Cadence Capital Management LLC in Boston, where he was responsible for business development and institutional portfolio account management.

Previous experience includes The Bank of Boston, The Boston Company and the Bank of New England.
