ERP Actuaries Hires Director

ERP Actuaries & Consultants hired Bill Radonavitch as director of new business development.

Radonavitch’s role is to develop new business in the 401(k) marketplace.   

With more than 25 years of experience in business management, financial services and accounting, Radonavitch joins ERP Actuaries & Consultants from Impact Group, where he was the national business development manager. Previously, he worked at Automatic Data Processing.

Franklin Templeton Names VP of Retirement Marketing

 

Michael Doshier joined Franklin Templeton Investments as vice president of retirement marketing, a new position.

 

 

Doshier will lead Franklin Templeton’s retirement marketing team, emphasizing the defined contribution investment option marketplace and broader retirement income solutions. Doshier and his team will help set marketing strategy, expand value-add programs and strengthen digital offerings. Doshier will also lead the 529 college savings plan marketing team. He will report to David McSpadden, senior vice president of Global Advisory Services.

Doshier has more than 25 years of experience in financial services, most recently serving as vice president of Advisor Marketing in MassMutual Financial Group’s retirement services division. Before that position, he led Fidelity Investments’ tax-exempt market segment to record growth and market share, managing national call centers and service delivery functions, relationship management and total benefits outsourcing operations.
