BWC Launches as RIA Firm
Beirne Wealth Consulting LLC (BWC) launched as an independent registered
investment adviser (RIA).
Reported by Corie Russell
BWC will continue to provide wealth and investment management solutions for institutional investors and high-net-worth individuals and families. The advisory firm is being launched as part of the Focus Financial Partners’ Connections program, which establishes independent RIAs from wirehouse teams.
BWC selected Fidelity Investments as the primary custodian of its clients’ assets.
BWC founding partners John Beirne Jr., John-Oliver Beirne and Jim Betzig will operate with the same team, which includes Eric Passeri. Before forming BWC, they worked as a team at Merrill Lynch & Co. as the Beirne Wealth Management Group.
