Buck Appoints Principal, ERISA Consultant

Jacobson’s duties include analyzing legislative, regulatory and judicial developments that impact the retirement planning industry, and communicating key findings to clients and firm leadership. She will work out of Buck’s Washington, D.C., office and serve as a top member of the company’s Knowledge Resource Center.

Before joining Buck Consultants, Jacobson served as special counsel at Saul Ewing LLP, where she provided advice and analysis on a range of employee benefit and compensation programs. Before that, Jacobson worked as a principal with Sanders, Schnabel and Brandenburg PC.

Jacobson holds a bachelor of laws degree from the University of British Columbia and a master of laws degree with a focus on taxation from George Washington University. She reports to Tami Simon, managing director of the Knowledge Resource Center.
