UBS Invests in Finster AI

UBS Investment Bank invested in Finster AI Inc., an artificial intelligence platform for financial professionals.

The investment relates to the development of Finster AI’s platform, designed to support research, analysis and content workflows in both investment banking and asset management. The technology combines structured financial data, unstructured content and institutional knowledge in a single workflow.

Finster AI is developing its technology in collaboration with partners that include FactSet Research Systems Inc., whose AI for banking platform is used for workflow automation and data analysis across investment banking and research teams.

Amplify Technology Partners With Ned Davis Research

Amplify Technology LLC, an enterprise growth platform built on artificial intelligence data, partnered with Ned Davis Research Inc., an independent investment research firm, to deliver NDR’s institutional research and investment models as managed portfolios through the Amplify platform.

The partnership is expected to enable financial advisers to implement NDR’s investment models across client accounts on any custodial platform.

Amplify will provide trading, rebalancing and performance reporting services, while advisers retain responsibility for client relationships and investment strategy.

Integrity Makes 2 New AI Partnerships

Integrity LLC, a Dallas-based distributor of life and health insurance and a provider of wealth management and retirement planning solutions, partnered with Determined To Serve Financial, an Austin, Texas-based marketing organization led by Bruno Castillo and Gardenia Alamillo.

DTS Financial will gain access to Integrity’s AI tools and technology platform to support business operations and client communications.

In addition to the DTS Financial partnership, Integrity also partnered with Leaders in Training Financial, a Houston-based marketing organization led by Marcelo Vargas and Gabriela Vargas.

LIT Financial distributes life insurance and annuity products nationwide. Through the partnership, the LIT Financial will receive access to Integrity’s technology platform, including tools for quoting, application processing, enrollment, customer relationship management and AI-powered assistance.

Financial details were not disclosed for either partnership.

Astraeus Launches AI Platform for Wealth Management Firms

Astraeus Wealth Tech Inc. launched an artificial-intelligence-powered platform designed to provide wealth management firms with specific context needed to operate inside a regulated advisory business.

The platform’s co-founders are Phill Rosen, a repeat fintech founder, and Jon Stevenson, a veteran wealth management executive veteran of senior roles at Stifel Financial, Barclays Wealth and Merrill Lynch.

Astraeus is designed to enable organizations to leverage the models that best fit specific business functions while preserving the firm’s ownership over its data, context, governance and decisionmaking logic.
