FMG launches marketing intelligence system for advisers; Zocks provides tech for Hightower advisers; Broadridge extends partnership with Kyndryl for digital platforms; and more.
FMG Launches Marketing Intelligence System for Advisers
FMG Suite LLC, which operates a marketing intelligence platform for wealth management and insurance organizations, launched its system for advisers and enterprise partners. The internal, artificial-intelligence-powered platform provides FMG teams with access to sales materials, customer proof points, product information, campaign assets and institutional knowledge.
The system is already being used by FMG’s sales and marketing teams.
FMG is a marketing technology platform serving more than 80,000 financial advisers, insurance professionals and the enterprises that support them, including registered investment advisers, independent broker/dealers, wealth management firms, banks, credit unions, insurance organizations and individual producers.
Zocks Provides Tech for Hightower Advisers
Zocks Communications Inc., a company providing an artificial intelligence assistant for financial services, partnered with Hightower Advisors LLC, a national wealth management firm, to allow Hightower advisers to use Zocks for administrative automation and operational work.
Zocks automatically captures information and context from client conversations, turns it into data and syncs it across systems used by Hightower, including Salesforce, financial planning and portfolio management tools. Hightower selected Zocks as a partner following a pilot program.
Broadridge Extends Partnership with Kyndryl for Digital Platforms
Kyndryl Inc., a provider of enterprise technology services, and Broadridge Financial Solutions Inc. extended their partnership to strengthen core platforms and integrate artificial-intelligence-enabled operations and quantum-safe capabilities.
As part of the expanded agreement, Kyndryl will invest in Broadridge’s data center, network architecture and core mainframe environment.
Broadridge processes more than 7 billion communications per year and helps trade more than $15 trillion in tokenized and traditional securities, according to the announcement.
I Squared Capital Acquires Cogent Fiber Portfolio for $225M
I Squared Capital Advisors (US) LLC, a global infrastructure investment manager, will acquire a portfolio of 10 data center facilities from Cogent Fiber LLC, an indirect, wholly owned subsidiary of Cogent Communications Holdings Inc., for $225 million in cash.
I Squared has committed up to $1 billion to build the platform.
The seed portfolio comprises approximately 53 megawatts of installed power capacity and approximately 259,000 square feet of available colocation space across nine U.S. markets—Atlanta, Baltimore, Chicago, Houston, Kansas City, Los Angeles, Nashville, Phoenix and Stockton, California.
Upon closing, I Squared will establish a new, standalone operating platform to own, operate, and grow the business with a seasoned management team in place.
The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2026, subject to customary regulatory approvals.
