Citi Wealth launches Citi Sky; BetaNXT debuts validation platform; and Hamachi.ai platform integrates fpPathfinder planning intelligence.
Citi Wealth Launches Citi Sky
Citi Wealth introduced Citi Sky, an artificial-intelligence-powered technology built using Google Cloud and Google DeepMind, on its U.S. platforms.
Citi collaborated with Google DeepMind’s applied team and Google Cloud forward deployed AI engineers, using Google DeepMind’s real-time avatar technology and Gemini’s live API to enable low-latency audio and video conversations.
Citi Sky can deliver timely guidance for clients, including prompts for bank certificate of deposit maturity events and market insights from Citi Wealth’s chief investment office. Its interactions are designed to comply with regulatory standards.
Citi Sky will be made available to Citigold clients this summer, starting a phased rollout in the U.S. Initially available in English and Spanish, Citi Sky will add other languages over time. Citi Wealth and Google will continue to partner in expanding Citi Sky’s capabilities.
BetaNXT Launches Validation Platform Val
BetaNXT Inc., a provider of wealth management technology solutions with real-time data capabilities, debuted Val, an artificial-intelligence-powered validation platform designed to apply consistent, rules-based intelligence across documents, data and workflows to ensure predictable outcomes at scale.
Val, the first release from BetaNXT’s new AI innovation lab, supports documents such as broker statements, trade confirmations and tax forms by automating reviews that have traditionally relied on manual, reactive processes.
By consistently applying client-defined rules across document populations, Val is intended to identify issues earlier, reduce redundancies, accelerate processing and scale validation coverage.
Hamachi.ai Platform Integrates fpPathfinder Planning Intelligence
Hamachi.ai, a wealth intelligence platform for investment advisers and asset managers, integrated fpPathfinder, a financial planning provider offering.
Through the integration, fpPathfinder’s planning guides, checklists and supporting materials are embedded within Hamachi Command Center, which connects household data, adviser context and firm policies. The guidance is intended to be used when drafting client communications, reviewing households or preparing for meetings, to reduce time researching and interpreting planning resources.
Suggested talking points, planning considerations and client-friendly explanations are surfaced automatically and can be incorporated into compliant communications without disruption. The fpPathfinder provider is supported by enterprise-grade security and governance, including recent SOC [System and Organization Controls] 2 certification.
