Congruent Solutions Launches CORE PlanSuite
Congruent Solutions Inc., a provider of technology and operations solutions for the retirement industry, launched CORE Plan Suite, an artificial-intelligence-powered platform designed to streamline retirement plan onboarding, setup and conversion.
CORE Plan Suite combines AI-powered document intelligence, guided onboarding workflows and automated plan configuration into a single, integrated platform.
Other key capabilities include end-to-end support for new plan setup and plan conversions and built-in validation, as well as audit controls to reduce errors and ensure compliance and integration with recordkeeping, compliance and payroll systems.
Lettuce Financial Acquires Carry’s Retirement, Investing Platform
Lettuce Financial Labs Inc., an artificial-intelligence-powered platform built for solo entrepreneurs, will acquire the retirement and investing platform of Carry, a company aimed at small business owners and self-employed professionals.
The acquisition, which brings more than $225 million in assets on platform and Carry’s compliance infrastructure, is expected to give Lettuce customers access to tax-advantaged retirement accounts and alternative investments.
Currently a partner, Carry has already provided Lettuce customers with retirement and investing solutions. Carry will continue to operate as a stand-alone brand, managed by the incoming Carry team, and its customers will see no changes to their arrangements. They will also have opportunities to access the full Lettuce platform, including Lettuce Pro for managing and automating finance, taxes and accounting, and Lettuce PEO for health care benefits.
Carry Co-Founder Ankur Nagpal will serve as a strategic adviser to both Lettuce and Carry following the close. Nick Rasch, another Carry co-founder, will join Lettuce along with members of Carry’s operations, product, engineering, and legal and compliance teams.
Finny Launches Growth-Driving Agent
Finny AI Inc., an artificial-intelligence-powered growth and marketing platform for financial advisers, launched Hunter, an AI agent designed to think, guide and act on behalf of advisers to drive growth.
Hunter is designed to provide marketing and execution strategies based on an individual adviser’s value proposition, specialties, differentiators and niche. The agent can suggest, guide and execute campaigns across channels, creating outreach and marketing content, including blog posts, LinkedIn content and website copy.
Hunter is currently available to members of Finny’s product advisory board, with a gradual rollout planned throughout this month.
RIA Founder Creates AdvisorSEO Max Platform
AdvisorSEO Max, an artificial-intelligence-powered SEO and visibility platform built for financial advisers and registered investment advisers, is now available online. The platform, created by Shaun Melby of Melby Wealth Management in Nashville, Tennessee, gives independent advisers the ability to run website audits; Google Search Console performance; and monitor AI-search visibility.
In 2025, Melby attempted to systematize his SEO workflow using customized AI chatbots. After realizing the chatbots could not access real search data and could not generate compliance-aware recommendations, Melby built a full platform, first for his own firm and then for the industry.
At the center of the product is Commander, an in-platform AI assistant powered by Anthropic’s Claude that gathers site data to generate multi-week strategy plans, monitors competitor websites for changes, sends follow-up notifications to prompt action and tracks how previous strategies impacted performance, .
AdvisorSEO Max connects directly to Google Search Console through OAuth, using the adviser’s search performance to provide recommendations.
