Adviser Produces 401(k) Planning Podcast
Financial advisory firm Guardian Capital Advisors, LLC, released a podcast about 401(k) planning for companies.

In the podcast, adviser Mike Hensley reviews the basic guidelines for businesses when they offer 401(k) retirement plans to employees; guidelines for how much an employer should contribute to an employee’s plan; how an adviser can help employers plan proactively; and Hensley’s process for 401(k) plans.
“Saving for retirement under a 401(k) plan can be easy and convenient for employees, but some employers worry it will be a complex system to manage and follow,” Hensley said.
