Sigma Planning Teams with InterServ for ERISA Services

Sigma Planning Corp. (SPC) announced a strategic alliance Tuesday in which InterServ LLC will provide Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) investment advisory services.

SPC has engaged InterServ LLC—a subsidiary of DailyAccess Corp.— to provide ERISA 3(21) and ERISA 3(38) investment advisory services to the firm as well as the representatives of both broker/dealers for their qualified plan clients. SPC is a sister company of Sigma Financial Corporation and Sammons Securities Co. LLC, and is the registered investment adviser (RIA) for Sigma and Sammons.

“This new arrangement enhances the distribution of our services platform and produces a larger footprint in the industry,” said Paul Tyborowski, managing director of InterServ. “We believe the outsourcing of investment advisory services to InterServ will strengthen their RIA and the competitiveness of their broker/dealer network in the qualified plan market.”
