LaserFiche and Salesforce.com to Combine Services

Laserfiche announced today the availability of a prepackaged integration with Salesforce.com, designed specifically for registered investment advisers (RIAs).

RIAs will receive open enterprise content management (ECM) from LaserFiche and Salesforce.com’s CRM systems.  The goal, according to a press release, is to help RIAs improve client service, enhance employee efficiency, and facilitate compliance.
