The Retirement Management Center will include a prospecting tool and plan dashboard with integrated data.

Edward D. Jones & Co. L.P. announced Wednesday plans to release in 2027 the Retirement Plan Management Center, an artificial-intelligence-powered tool for workplace retirement plan management.

The Retirement Plan Management Center, which will roll out to Edward Jones financial advisers next year, will include a centralized prospecting tool and a plan dashboard with integrated metrics, insights, alerts and notifications. The center is designed to grow and manage retirement plans more efficiently and at scale, with capabilities including prospecting; plan type evaluations; recordkeeper analysis and selection; proposal generation; plan onboarding; benchmarking; and plan servicing.

The tool will leverage Aboon Workplace, designed to support additional TPAs and to help advisers develop new and existing client relationships, according to the announcement.

It will also feature RPAG’s platform, which manages plan data, due diligence and reporting, and which supports more than 120,000 plans and 10 million participants nationwide, according to the announcement. The new platform is designed to compare recordkeeper proposals, streamline implementation of retirement plans at Edward Jones, and support plan servicing functions, including fee benchmarking and investment reporting.

“We’re building a more connected experience that helps advisers manage retirement plans more efficiently and better serve business owners and their employees,” said Katherine Roy, workplace and retirement solutions principal at Edward Jones, in a statement. “We see the retirement space as a driver of financial fulfillment for clients and a growth engine for the firm.”

Edward Jones had approximately 55,000 associates and $2.6 trillion in client assets under care as of June 30.
