Cetera firms managed $640 billion in assets under administration and $294 billion in assets under management as of December 31, 2025.

In a separate statement, Zocks announced the launch of Zocks MCP, a tool built on the model context protocol, an open standard that allows artificial intelligence tools to search and interpret external information.

Zocks automatically captures client information shared in conversations, meetings, email and documents, building client profiles over time and providing insights on client financial goals, concerns and planning signals. Zocks MCP connects client intelligence to AI tools, allowing advisers to complete client work through the AI ecosystem.

ProCap Acquires CFO Silvia

Procap Financial Inc. completed its acquisition of CFO Silvia Inc., an artificial intelligence model and agent lab focused on finance. Silvia deploys proprietary AI agents to analyze and monitor investor portfolios and perform scenario planning to provide financial insights.

Since Silvia’s public launch in May 2025, the platform has scaled more than $30 billion in assets on the platform, and its average user’s net worth is more than $2.5 million.

ProCap Financial, founded in 2025, is the first publicly traded agentic finance firm and has raised more than $750 million from investors.

RiskDNA Launches All-in-One Platform for Advisers

RiskDNA, an artificial-intelligence-powered risk intelligence platform for financial advisers, launched a fully integrated AI suite.

The platform provides full access to exchange-traded funds and mutual funds. It is free for advisers and funded by asset managers who pay for separate access to distribution intelligence and competitive analytics.

UX Wealth Partners started embedding riskDNA in its Xperience platform on April 1. The launch coincided with FINRA Notice 26-03 taking effect, eliminating pre-review requirements for negative consent letters in qualifying bulk transfers and thereby reducing barriers for advisers transitioning between platforms.

RiskDNA previously secured Thor Analytics as a founding partner.

RiskDNA will be available to the general public on May 1.
