Sitzmann Morris&Lavis, Inc. Acquires Benefits Advisory Group
Benefits Advisory Group (BAG) has been purchased by Sitzmann Morris&Lavis (SML), an independent based insurance advisory firm in Oakland, California.

The CEO and founder of BAG, Judy Brooks, will continue to be actively involved in the firm and its clients, according to a release about the acquisition.
BAG, located in San Ramon, California, specializes in the areas of benefits planning, insured and self-insured health plans, disability and life insurance, 401(k) plans and employee communications. SML focuses in the employee benefits, life insurance, estate planning and business continuity fields.
