RSI Unveils 401(k) Termination Services Suite

Rollover Systems Inc. (RSI), a Charlotte-based rollover management service provider, announced a services suite that it said will help advisers and plan sponsors terminate 401(k) plans.

RSI said the new offering eases advisers and sponsors’ burdens while also providing support, convenience, and choice to participants.

Specifically, according to a press release, the new offering includes:

  • handling of participant location and notification, including missing participant locator services;
  • access to rollover options, and assistance with the rollover, transfer, or distribution processes through the RSI Retirement Center;
  • a mandatory rollover program for participants unable or who fail to make a benefit election;
  • a set of campaign management services, including education, communication, toll-free customer service, and technology and marketing services.

Great-West Appoints Two Sales Directors for 401(k) Business

Great-West Retirement Services appointed two regional sales directors to focus on development of new corporate 401(k) plan business.

According to a press release, the new sales directors are Andy Hermann, who will focus on Los Angeles, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties in Southern California, and Edmund Fuentes, who is responsible for Central and West Texas.

Hermann joins Great-West Retirement Services with 401(k) wholesaling experience from ADP and CIGNA, and experience as a broker at Northwestern Mutual. Prior to joining Great-West Retirement Services, Fuentes was a regional 401(k) sales director at Lincoln Financial Group in central and southern Texas, the announcement said.
