With the tool, a financial adviser can accommodate a wide range of 401(k) plan needs from individual participants to plan-level reporting.

The new report will be packaged with the company’s TANDM-401(k) participant gap statements and plan summary information. The participant 401(k) analysis is also integrated with TANDM-Advisor financial planning software, making it easier to target participants’ household needs, beyond just what’s in the 401(k) plan, according to the release.
