Alphathena, Evergreen Wealth to Deliver Tax-Aware Direct Indexing
Alphathena LLC, an artificial intelligence-enhanced direct indexing platform, and Evergreen Wealth Advisors, an AI-powered registered investment adviser, will work together to deliver tax-aware direct indexing. As part of the arrangement, Evergreen will use Alphathena’s portfolio management and direct indexing technology to power its tax-aware investment platform, including its proprietary Dynamic Portfolios.
It will enable Evergreen to implement sophisticated tax management strategies designed to offset, reduce, defer or eliminate investment-related taxes—an approach that can significantly benefit high-income investors compared with traditional exchange-traded-fund and mutual-fund strategies. Alphathena’s platform allows advisers to design and maintain custom portfolios at scale while keeping investment decisions in-house.
