Prizm, Holistiplan Partner on One-Click Insurance Reviews for Advisers

Prizm Insurance Inc., a national brokerage, announced Tuesday a partnership with Holistiplan, a financial planning software platform, to enable advisers to perform insurance reviews and identify improved coverage options for their clients.

The integration allows advisers to connect insurance analysis with broader financial planning workflows in one click within the Holistiplan platform.

BlackRock, Partners Group Offer Private Markets SMA

BlackRock Inc. and Partners Group A.G. announced Thursday the launch of three separately managed account strategies that provide access to private markets.

The strategies—income-focused, balanced and growth—provide advisers with diversified exposure to private equity, private credit and real assets through seven underlying evergreen private market funds managed by BlackRock, HPS and Partners Group. The SMAs are offered through a single subscription document on the Morgan Stanley wealth platform.

Finny, Osaic Provide AI-Powered Prospecting to Advisers

Finny Inc. and Osaic Inc. partnered to provide artificial intelligence-powered prospecting to advisers.

Osaic, a wealth management strategy provider, has made AI-powered marketing and prospecting platform Finny available to Osaic’s more than 270 financial institutions and 11,000 financial professionals.

Financial professionals will be able to leverage Finny’s predictive F-score matching engine—Intent Search, which uses 1.8 billion intent signals to identify prospects based on real-time online activity—and multi-channel campaigns, which enable fully automated outreach across direct mail, email, LinkedIn and voicemail.

P10, Bonaccord Partner with CAIS on to Expand GP Stakes Solutions

P10 Inc. and Bonaccord Capital Partners, two private markets providers, partnered with CAIS, an alternative investing platform, to provide advisers with expanded access to general partner stake solutions.

Bonaccord will join the CAIS platform, which serves more than 2,000 wealth management firms that support more than 62,000 advisers who oversee approximately $7.5 trillion in end-client assets.

“As financial advisers continue to deepen their use of private markets, we’re seeing growing interest in GP stakes as a differentiated way to enhance diversification and gain exposure to the economics of established managers,” said CAIS President Brad Walker in a statement. “Historically dominated by institutions, GP stakes are increasingly considered by advisers as part of thoughtfully constructed client portfolios, and we’re excited to expand access to this strategy through the addition of a leading middle-market GP stakes investor.”

Mackenzie, SEI Launch 4 Quantitative Investment CITs

Mackenzie Investments and SEI Investments Co. announced Tuesday the launch of four quantitative collective investment trusts:

  • Mackenzie Quantitative International Large Cap CIT;
  • Mackenzie Quantitative International Small Cap CIT;
  • Mackenzie Quantitative US Small Cap CIT; and
  • Mackenzie Quantitative Emerging Markets All Cap CIT.

The investment vehicles are designed to provide defined contribution and defined benefit plans with access to the Mackenzie global quantitative equity team’s holistic quantitative investment approach, according to the announcement.

SEI Trust Co. will serve as the trustee for the CITs.

T. Rowe Price Introduces Thematic Active ETF

T. Rowe Price introduced on Thursday the T. Rowe Price Innovation ETF, an active exchange-traded fund designed to provide diversified exposure to companies across sectors such as technology, health care and finance. The ETF is traded on the NASDAQ exchange.

The fund leverages the firm’s global research platform to combine analyses of innovation trends and individual securities, with an anticipated 150 to 250 holdings. T. Rowe Price retains the flexibility to invest outside of the identified areas.

The launch brings T. Rowe Price’s active ETF offerings to 31, including 21 equity solutions and 10 fixed-income products, as of January 29.
