Nationwide Unveils Adviser Income Solution Desk

Nationwide formally launched the Nationwide Income Planning Desk to serve as a consultant for advisers on income solutions for their clients.

According to a release, consultants staffing the desk can: provide strategies to address the financial challenges and risks clients face in retirement; offer case design assistance and customized illustrations; and serve as a consultant for advisers during client point-of-sale meetings.

The company said it had gotten more than 25,000 inquiries during the desk’s pilot phase beginning in 2006.
