According to a press release, Fewell will support the distribution of Great-West Retirement Services’ 401(k) products through brokers, registered investment advisers, consultants, and third-party administrators in Oregon; Vancouver, Washington; and eastern Washington State. Previously, he served as an external wholesaler with Symetra Financial.
Hamilton will work primarily to support the distribution of 401(k) products in Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Vermont through wirehouse broker/dealers, but also will seek to increase market share with registered investment advisers, consultants, and third-party administrators, the announcement said. Prior to joining Great-West Retirement Services, Hamilton was an external wholesaler at John Hancock focused exclusively on wirehouse distribution channels.
Great-West Retirement Services provides 401(k), 401(a), 403(b), and 457 retirement plan services to nearly 21,000 plans representing 3.9 million participants and more than $108 billion in assets at September 30.
