DoL Announces ERISA Responsibilities Workshop
The Department of Labor’s Employee Benefits Security Administration
(EBSA) is offering an “Understanding Your Responsibilities Under ERISA”
workshop.

The free employer/service provider workshop will present an introduction to the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) and cover some of the basics of retirement plan administration. This will include an overview of the Voluntary Fiduciary Correction Program (VFCP).
Pre-registration is required and seats are available on a first-come basis.
The workshop is April 21, 9:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. in Chicago at the Ralph H. Metcalfe Federal Building at 77 West Jackson Blvd. in Room 331.
