Austin Asset Manager Launches 401(k) Division
Richard P. Slaughter Associates, an Austin, Texas-based wealth management firm, has launched a new division that will provide 401(k) services to small and mid-sized companies.

Richard P. Slaughter Associates 401(k) Services will be that the firm partners with plan sponsors as an investment co-fiduciary. The firm said the company takes on the liability of selecting and monitoring investment choices from the plan sponsor.
“Our goal is to bring our wealth management experience for high net worth individuals to work for companies, offering partnership for sponsors and results for employees,” said Brooks Slaughter, CEO of Richard P. Slaughter Associates, in a news release.
