Claro Advisors Launches AI Assistant

Claro Advisors Inc., a registered investment adviser, launched Claire by Claro, an artificial-intelligence-powered assistant available to its advisers at no additional cost.

According to the announcement, Claire draws answers from all client data, including investment policies, financial plans and goals, liquidity requirements, portfolio data, customer relationship management history, meeting notes, tasks, emails and calendar events. It can also service tasks based on calendar events and create ready-to-send follow-up messages.

Claire also has operations and compliance workflows embedded directly into the platform. When a question touches areas in which AI-generated answers are not wanted, such as trade execution or portfolio-level recommendations, Claire defers to Claro’s proprietary quantitative research algorithms, rather than generating a response, according to the announcement.

Zocks, Conquest Planning Introduce AI Integration

Zocks Communications Inc., which operates an artificial-intelligence-powered assistant for financial service, and Conquest Planning Inc., a Canadian financial planning platform, set up a two-way integration that lets advisers automatically create or update financial plans based on client data. The integration is launching in both Canada and the U.S. for financial services firms using both Zocks and Conquest Planning.

The integration connects Zocks’ structured data and conversation intelligence agents with Conquest’s real-time financial engine, Strategic Advice Manager. Advisers can capture client information—such as family, income, assets, expenses, insurance, beneficiaries, goals and timelines—from meetings, emails and documents. They can also pull planning data from Conquest into Zocks to prepare for client meetings, draft personalized emails and ask questions.

Zocks and Conquest both recently launched model context protocol connections to Anthropic’s Claude and OpenAI’s ChatGPT, which enable AI systems to sync data sources and tools.

Clearwater Analytics Offers AI Products for Institutional Investment Workflows

Clearwater Analytics debuted three new artificial-intelligence-powered products for institutional investors’ operations, risk and private markets workflows: Clearwater Compass, Total Portfolio Oversight and Fund Analytics.

Clearwater Compass embeds AI into investment operations and accounting workflows.

Total Portfolio Oversight combines portfolio oversight, risk exposure, shock analysis and direct portfolio query capabilities. It is currently being expanded to a select group of institutional beta clients.

Fund Analytics uses AI to extract, validate and structure private markets data across funds, exposures and performance metrics. Investment teams get earlier visibility into portfolio changes, look-through exposure, peer benchmarking and scenario analysis, according to the announcement.
