Jump Launches Agent for Advisers
Jump—Accio Inc., a provider of artificial intelligence solutions for financial advisers and other financial services—announced the launch of AI Associate, an agent for advisers that can be directly integrated into broader enterprises.
AI Associate allows advisers to glean insights from meetings, documents and systems in real time. The product is embedded across Jump’s unified data, integration and agentic AI foundation, and it functions as a digital teammate across customer relationship management systems, emails and financial planning tools.
The tool can also be used to draft and send client communications, schedule meetings and follow-ups and to create and update records across connected systems.
Jump’s platform offers more than 20 AI-powered features to more than 27,000 advisers.
Merrill, Bank of America Introduce AI-Powered Meeting Tool
Bank of America’s wealth management businesses, Merrill Wealth Management and Bank of America Private Bank, launched AI-Powered Meeting Journey, which assists advisers in streamlining client meeting experiences.
Core capabilities include client meeting preparation; meeting summarization and note-taking tools; summarizing decisions; and creating follow-up steps.
According to the announcement, Bank of America invests $13.5 billion annually on technology, including $4 billion for AI and other new initiatives.
Mangrove Technologies Rolls Out AI-Enabled Digital Asset Ecosystem
Mangrove Technologies Inc. is offering an artificial intelligence-enabled wealth-tech ecosystem designed for digital assets.
The ecosystem includes the Mangrove app, which enables investors to design, test and deploy automated strategies with guidance, embedded guardrails and delegated accounts for registered investment advisers and wealth managers.
The ecosystem also includes the developer API, a suite of tools that allows users and AI agents to build and operate autonomous trading systems and programmable financial workflows.
Glia Launches Suite of Agentic Banking Products
Glia Technologies Inc., a platform for intelligent banking interactions, released Glia CoPilot, a self-learning artificial intelligence tool, and Glia Banker, an AI assistant for automating customer and member interactions.
Glia CoPilot includes a client interactions agent and a research tool for banking professionals.
Glia Banker’s capabilities use advanced AI to resolve up to 80% of routine inquiries autonomously, according to the announcement.
