Advisor Software Releases Monte Carlo Simulator

Advisor Software Inc. introduced a Web-based institutional Monte Carlo simulator, ASI Portfolio Forecaster, the company said.

The new tool utilizes 1,500 simulations, allowing the user to display the probability of yearly outcomes by simulating investment portfolios and associated cash flows over a user-defined time horizon, Advisor Software said.

ASI Portfolio Forecaster is the newest addition to Advisor Software’s set of ASI Portfolio Diagnostic Tools, a suite of Web applications offering diagnostics, workflows, and deployments. Each application can be deployed internally or on public-facing adviser and investor sites.
