IRS ESOP Review Worksheet Revised
The Internal Revenue Service has created a revised
Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Review Worksheet to be used for
plans’ initial review.

The National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO) reports that the three-page worksheet is meant to be used as tool to help design ESOP documents that meet regulatory requirements.
